Synopsis:
Riverstone explores the killing of suspected criminals while in police custody. Many believe these deaths are staged rather than genuine shootouts. It suggests that governments order such actions, while police officers carry them out in exchange for possible promotions. Through the journey of three officers, the film examines their doubts, conscience, and moral conflict before killing a stranger.
